BrightView Health Acquires Column Health in 2nd Acquisition of 2022
BrightView Health, a Cincinnati-based outpatient addiction treatment provider, has acquired Arlington, Massachusetts-based Column Health, which operates a network of 12 community-based outpatient mental health and addiction clinics throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Founded in 2016, Column Health provides mental health and substance use disorder treatment-related services, including medication-assisted treatment, psychotherapy, integrated lab testing, detoxification and medication management. Greenbrook TMS Inc., a leading provider of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy in the United States, announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, TMS NeuroHealth Centers Inc., will acquire all the issued and outstanding equity interests in Success TMS from its parent company, Success Behavioral Holdings LLC. Nationwide provider Foresight Mental Health acquired Psychiatric Addictive Curative Therapies (PACT) Atlanta LLC, a multidisciplinary mental health practice that is headquartered in Decatur, Georgia. Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Berkeley, California, Foresight Mental Health provides in-person and virtual services such as psychiatry, therapy, neuropsychology and TMS across 25 states. BrightView Health, an outpatient addiction treatment provider based in the Walnut Hills neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio, acquired New Leaf Center in Murphy, North Carolina.
