BayMark Health Services Expands In New Hampshire
BayMark Health Services, a provider of substance abuse treatments, announced that it was acquiring Granite Recovery Centers, based in Salem, New Hampshire. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Granite Recovery Centers has two residential treatment facilities and several sober living homes throughout southern New Hampshire that serve adult patients from across New England and throughout the country. On November 15, CloudMD Software & Services Inc. announced that it will acquire MindBeacon Holdings Inc. for C$116 million, or the equivalent of $92.4 million. On November 5, Ventas, Inc. announced it acquired an Eating Recovery Center medical office building in Plano, Texas for $58 million. The building is a 102,000-square-foot facility with 72 inpatient beds.
