King of Prussia, Pennsylvania-based Recovery Centers of America has acquired the Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania-based mental health and addiction treatment provider Adolescent & Young Adult Advocates. Recovery Centers of America said the acquisition will help address early-stage addiction in outpatient settings. Adolescent & Young Adult Advocates will now have the name Adolescent & Young Adult Advocates, Recovery Centers of America. The terms of the deal were not disclosed. DMS Health Technologies announced on March 8 that it acquired League City, Texas-based Advanced Imaging Management (AIM). The combined company’s fleet includes a collection of mobile MRI, CT and nuclear medicine systems deployed throughout North America. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. AIM is veteran-owned and certified by the Veterans Administration. In 2013, AIM was the federal government’s largest diagnostic imaging provider.
