Cincinnati Children’s Hospital announced on March 16 that it acquired the practice of Dr. Camille Graham. Dr. Camille Graham is a pediatrician with more than 40 years of experience. Since 2019, the practice has been affiliated with Mercy Health Physicians-Cincinnati. Approximately 2,200 patients are treated by the practice. Cincinnati Children’s, a nonprofit academic medical center established in 1883, is one of the oldest pediatric hospitals in the United States. It has more than 26 locations in the Cincinnati MSA. Legacy Hospice, backed by the Chicago-based private equity firm Prairie Capital, has expanded in Missouri with its acquisition of Safe Harbor Hospice for an undisclosed sum. Safe Harbor’s 13-county service region builds on Legacy’s footprint in southeastern Missouri. Safe Harbor began exploring a potential sale back in 2020. Agenda Health advised Safe Harbor in the deal.
