trans-o-flex is based in Weinheim, Germany and has locations across Germany as well as in Austria. It was founded in 1971.
GEODIS is a leading supply chain operator based in France. Its international reach includes a direct presence in 67 countries and a global network spanning more than 120 countries.
This acquisition will establish GEODIS as one of the most prominent players in the key market of healthcare and will significantly enhance its delivery capabilities in Europe. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
