Charlotte, North Carolina-based Flagship Healthcare Properties is bolstering its portfolio in central Florida with its latest acquisition of a newly built, Class A medical office building (MOB) located in Winter Garden, Florida.
The property was acquired through Flagship Healthcare Properties‘ private real estate investment trust, Flagship Healthcare Trust. Flagship Healthcare Properties will also provide property management and asset management services for the property. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The 23,241-square-foot property is anchored by AdventHealth Well 65+, a primary care practice. The MOB benefits from nearby hospital systems such as AdventHealth Winter Garden and Orlando Health – Health Central.
