Waco Family Medicine Acquires Ascension’s Midwifery clinic and Hillsboro clinic 

Ascension announced that it was selling two Texas clinics to Waco Family Medicine. According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 37th health clinic acquisition of 2023.   The clinics consist of a midwifery clinic in Waco and a general health clinic in Hillsboro.
