Voy, a London-based digital healthcare company specializing in obesity management, has acquired EarlyFit, an online weight-loss platform, marking its entry into the Indian market. The full acquisition will see EarlyFit rebranded and operate as Voy India. Financial terms were not disclosed.
EarlyFit provides digital obesity and weight-management services supported by a network of more than 20 endocrinologists and nutritionists. The India operations will be clinically led by Saptarshi Bhattacharya along with EarlyFit co-founders Parth Chopra and Saloni Paliwal. Voy brings its integrated GLP-1-led care model, which combines clinical support, behavioral coaching and technology.
The acquisition comes amid rising demand for medical obesity treatment in India following the expiry of Ozempic’s patent earlier in 2026, which has increased accessibility to lower-cost generic semaglutide therapies. Voy India will initially focus on obesity and weight-loss treatment before gradually expanding into other categories such as dermatology, menopause care, hormone therapy and hair-loss treatment, leveraging clinical and operational models developed in Voy’s international markets (United Kingdom, Germany and Brazil).
