Brentwood, Tennessee-based EvidenceCare announced that it has acquired Agathos in Boulder, Colorado. The purchase price was not disclosed. Agathos is a healthcare IT and physician analytics company. Its mission is to organize health data, generate care insights and improve patient outcomes. EvidenceCare is the leading clinical decision support system with an electronic health record-integrated platform that optimizes clinician workflows to deliver better patient care, reduce hospital costs and capture more revenue.
