Elevate ENT Partners, backed by Boston-based private equity firm Audax Private Equity, announced on March 14 that it acquired Ear, Nose & Throat Associates of Texas(ENTtex).  This marks Elevate ENT Partners’ first transaction in 2023 and expands the company’s foothold in Texas.
