Elevate ENT Partners, backed by Boston-based private equity firm Audax Private Equity, announced on March 14 that it acquired Ear, Nose & Throat Associates of Texas(ENTtex).
This marks Elevate ENT Partners’ first transaction in 2023 and expands the company’s foothold in Texas. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Located in Frisco, McKinney, Plano, Anna and Prosper, Texas, ENTtex is run by six providers. The practice was founded in 2004.
Elevate ENT Partners invests in private ear, nose & throat (ENT) and allergy practices across the U.S. and provides scalable infrastructure to help practices reach the next level in terms of financial management, marketing, contracting, human resources and other business disciplines. It has more than 80 offices across three practice brands.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition represents the 106th Physician Medical Groups (PMG) and the second ENT acquisition of the year. There were 118 PMG transactions announced between January 1, 2022, and March 14, 2022.
