Parkview Physicians Group announced on March 8 that it acquired Fairhaven Obstetrics and Gynecology, a three-physician OB/GYN practice in Goshen, Indiana. This acquisition expands Parkview Physicians Group’s presence in Indiana. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Parkview Physicians Group is one of the largest not-for-profit healthcare providers in northeast Indiana. It operates more than 10 locations across the state.
According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this acquisition marks the 104th Physician Medical Groups transaction and the fifth OB/GYN acquisition of the year. From January 1, 2022, through March 8, 2022, there were nine OB/GYN transactions reported.
