US Digestive Health Partners With Delaware Center for Digestive Care

Exton, Pennsylvania-based US Digestive Health, a portfolio company of Amulet Capital Partners, acquired Delaware Center for Digestive Care (DCDC) in the company’s first partnership outside Pennsylvania. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Provident Healthcare Partners, a Boston-based healthcare investment banking firm, advised DCDC. Provident’s deal team was led by managing directors Eric Major and Kevin Palamara. Maynard Cooper & Gale served as legal counsel to DCDC. US Eye, a portfolio company of private equity firm Pamlico Capital, announced on September 19 it acquired Eastern Eye Care, an ophthalmology practice run by one doctor. This is US Eye’s third acquisition of 2022 and continues US Eye’s expansion throughout South Carolina. Eastern Eye Care has one location in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. EyeSouth Partners, a portfolio company of Shore Capital Partners, announced on September 9 that it acquired Raleigh Ophthalmology for an undisclosed price. Provident Healthcare Partners and Husch Blackwell advised Raleigh Ophthalmology on the transaction.  EyeSouth Partners has a network of nearly 30 practices with more than 245 doctors providing medical and surgical eye care services at more than 140 locations.
