OrganaBio, LLC has acquired substantially all operating assets of San Diego, California-based Excellos Inc., forming a coast-to-coast cell therapy contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO). The deal creates a newly formed OrganaBio subsidiary, Excellos Labs, LLC, to oversee San Diego operations.
