Phoenix, Arizona-based Vālenz Health announced on September 18 that it acquired KISx Card, LLC, a Managed Care organization. KISx Card focuses on high-cost/low-incidence surgeries within orthopedics, general surgery, colonoscopies and major imaging. Berkeley Biologics Acquires Elutia’s Orthobiologics Business Unit
Elutia Inc. (previously known as Aziyo Biologics, Inc.) announced on September 18 that it divested its Orthobiologics business unit to Berkeley Biologics LLC.
