On October 8, Caldera Medical announced the acquisition of UVision 360, Inc., the developer of the LUMINELLE® hysteroscopy and cystoscopy systems. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. UVision 360 designs and develops innovative, minimally invasive hysteroscopy and cystoscopy systems that enhance precision and patient outcomes in gynecologic procedures. Schlein & Shinder PLLC is an internal medicine practice with one location in Boynton Beach, Florida. According to the press release, there are two physicians on staff: Drs. PeaceHealth and Providence Medical Group have announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement that will result in PeaceHealth acquiring four health clinics from Providence. Pending the standard regulatory review processes, the clinics will transfer to PeaceHealth. The clinics are located in Vancouver, Washington in Clark County.
