MKH Capital Partners, based in Miami, Florida, reported on April 13 that it acquired Haven Health Management and United Billing Solutions.
Moelis & Company, McDermott Will & Schulte and Berger Singerman LLP acted as advisors. The financial terms were not disclosed.
Haven Health Management is a leading provider of addiction and mental health treatment services across the country. With a network of facilities that includes detox centers, residential treatment centers and outpatient programs, Haven Health Management is dedicated to helping individuals achieve long-term recovery from addiction. Haven Health Management operates 22 locations across nine states and Puerto Rico and has 2,000 team members. Its brands include Indiana Center for Recovery, The Haven Detox and The Recovery Team.
United Billing Solutions is a behavioral health-focused billing organization, aimed at enabling in-network billing for Haven’s brands.
MKH Capital Partners is a private equity firm founded by entrepreneurial families and professional investors. In addition to its Miami headquarters, the company has an office in Panama City, Panama. MKH is actively seeking opportunities to expand its fertility MSO’s footprint in new and existing markets.
According to data in the LevinPro HC database, there have been 27 Behavioral Health Care transactions reported since the start of the year, and six in the substance use disorder treatment provider subsector. There have also been two healthcare payment & billing deals announced in 2026.
The transaction also marks MKH’s first acquisition since it purchased Advanced Reproductive Center, a fertility clinic in Arlington Heights, Illinois, in 2022.
