Innovate 32 Acquires Trivette Osborne & Associates

Innovate 32, a portfolio company of Chicago-based private equity group Shore Capital Partners, announced that it was expanding its presence with the acquisition of Trivette Osborne & Associates. This is Innovate 32’s first deal of the year.  Founded in 1963, Trivette Osborne & Associates is a dental practice with one location in Knoxville, Tennessee. Cross Keys Capital, LLC announced on February 5 that it advised Montana Retina Consultants on its acquisition by Retina Consultants of America (RCA). The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.   Montana Retina Consultants is an eye care practice with one location in Bozeman, Montana. According to its website, there are two doctors on staff: Dr. David Redick and Dr. Marc Comaratta.   RCA is a physician management services organization formed by Webster Equity Partners in 2020. Terms were not disclosed.  Gastro Florida is a gastroenterology practice with 42 locations in the Tampa Bay, Florida MSA.
