Smile Doctors Acquires 7 Practices
Smile Doctors, backed by Linden Capital Partners and Thomas H. Lee Partners, announced that in the last quarter of 2024 it added seven practices to its portfolio. The practices are Daniel S. Martin Orthodontics in Indiana; Murphy Orthodontics based in Louisiana; O’Leary Orthodontics in South Carolina; Fryar Orthodontics based out of Indiana; Virginia Orthodontic Partners in Virginia; Breha Orthodontics in Ohio; and DK Orthodontics in North Dakota.
