DuPont to Acquire Donatelle Plastics
DuPont announced it has signed an agreement to acquire New Brighton, Minnesota-based Donatelle Plastics. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter 2024, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions and receipt of regulatory approvals. Donatelle Plastics is a medical device contract manufacturer specializing in the design, development and manufacture of medical components and devices. Frazier Healthcare Partners announced on June 25 that it has completed its acquisition of Plantation, Florida-based BioMatrix Holdings, LLC.
