NAMSA, a portfolio company of ArchiMed since September 2020, announced on July 18 its acquisition of Germany-based CRI. The addition of CRI to NAMSA is a significant move for NAMSA in Germany that enhances and expands its CRO offerings throughout Europe and across all markets.
