Opya Announces Acquisition to Expand Autism Therapy Services
Opya ended April 2024 with a deal announcement. The San Mateo, California-based company announced the acquisition of the Center for Autism Spectrum Therapy (CAST), an early intervention autism therapy clinic provider located in Culver City, California. Founded in 2016, Opya provides early intervention therapy for newly diagnosed children aged 18 months up to 6 years old, in addition to providing accompanying speech and occupational therapies via telehealth. Kentucky Counseling Center Acquires Flourish Psychotherapy
Kentucky Counseling Center (KCC) announced on April 3 that it entered into an agreement to acquire Flourish Psychotherapy. Flourish Psychotherapy is a mental health counseling center in Cincinnati, Ohio. It also serves the Columbus, Ohio area. KCC provides mental health counseling out of three locations in Kentucky. It has nearly 180 employees. According to the press release, the company reported 63% revenue growth during 2022 and 2023.
