On April 30, RadNet and Saint Alphonsus Health System announced the formation of a joint venture through the acquisition of Intermountain Medical Imaging, LLC.  Intermountain Medical Imaging is a comprehensive outpatient radiology imaging center with five locations in the Boise, Idaho MSA.  Saint Alphonsus Health System is a four-hospital regional, faith-based Catholic ministry with more than 2,000 medical staff professionals. RadNet, Inc. announced that it has acquired the outpatient imaging assets of Northwest Radiology Network, P.C. The deal marks RadNet’s entry into Indiana and expands its presence into the Midwestern United States. Northwest Radiology Network is a physician-led outpatient diagnostic imaging practice operating six multimodality outpatient centers across the Indianapolis, Indiana MSA. Founded in 1967, Northwest Radiology offers a comprehensive range of diagnostic and screening services, including MRI, CT, PET/CT, mammography, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, interventional radiology and diagnostic X-ray. RadNet Announces Three Acquisitions in November

Since the start of November, RadNet, Inc. has announced three acquisitions: River Radiology, CIMAR UK and Alpha RT assets. With these acquisitions, RadNet has announced 11 transactions throughout the year.   River Radiology is a radiology practice based in Kingston, New York. It provides digital radiology, ultrasound, MRI and CT scan services. The number of physicians on staff was not disclosed.
