RethinkFirst announced on August 18 that it entered into an agreement to acquire Joshin. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Joshin, an employee assistance programs (EAP) provider, is a Minnesota-based provider of disability and neurodivergent support services. Founded in 2006, Premier Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is based in Papillion, Nebraska.
