ARC Health, a Thurston Group portfolio company, has announced the acquisition of the Lilac Center, an integrated mental health care provider group with four locations in Kansas and Missouri. ARC Health enters the Kansas and Missouri markets with the acquisition. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Founded in 2000 by Amy Tibbitts, LSCSW, and Tony Tibbitts, the Lilac Center offers psychological services with a dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) focus. Big Sky Obtains $190 Million for 10 Healthcare Properties

Big Sky Medical Real Estate obtained $190 million worth of acquisition financing for 10 healthcare properties in four states totaling 857,779 square feet. JLL Capital Markets worked for Big Sky in securing the five-year, floating-rate loan from a bank syndication led by Capital One Healthcare. The properties are collectively 87% occupied and include outpatient medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, diagnostic imaging centers as well as other healthcare-related specialties.
