VillageMD, a subsidiary of Walgreens, announced on March 3 that it acquired Starling Physicians, a multi-specialty physician group based in Connecticut. Cain Brothers acted as an exclusive financial advisor to Starling Physicians. The financial terms were not disclosed. Starling Physicians provides a range of primary care services out of its 34 Connecticut locations.
