Sendero Capital and Angelo Gordon Acquire Exeter Medical Office Building
JLL announced on August 10 that Sendero Capital and Angelo Gordon entered an agreement to acquire a medical office building (MOB) in Exeter, New Hampshire. JLL represented Sendero Capital and Angelo Gordon. Financial terms were not disclosed. The 82,000-square-foot property is 92% leased to medical tenants. Its anchors are Access Sports Medicine, Seacoast Pathology and Exeter Hospital. Harrison Street, with approximately $56 billion in assets under management, announced the acquisition of Palomar Health Outpatient Center III in Escondido, California for an undisclosed price. Palomar Health Outpatient Center III is a newly developed 72,000 square foot medical office building (MOB) located on the modern campus of Palomar Medical Center Escondido (PMCE). Roper Technologies, Inc. announced on August 8 that it completed the acquisition of Syntellis Performance Solutions for a net purchase price of $1.25 billion, including a $135 million tax benefit resulting from the transaction. The net purchase price represents approximately 15x Syntellis’ expected 2024 EBITDA. Syntellis Performance Solutions provides enterprise performance management software, data and intelligence solutions for healthcare, higher education and financial institutions.
