Premier Health Sells Women’s Health Building in Mason, Ohio
Premier Health announced on January 24 that it has sold the medical office building (MOB) housing Center for Women’s Health and Wellness in Mason, Ohio. The 47,303-square-foot MOB is trading for $4.2 million. Premier Health has plans to relocate following the sale. Premier Health offers five inpatient hospital campuses, eight emergency centers, eight urgent care locations and more than 130 outpatient locations, affiliated primary care and specialty physician offices that provide services across the southwest Ohio region. Shore Capital Partners announced on January 24 that it completed a partnership with C2Dx, a medical device company based in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Elevance Health announced its earnings and revenue for the fourth quarter of 2023 on January 24, 2024. The health insurer and healthcare-services provider, formerly known as Anthem, posted a profit of $856 million, or $3.63 a share, compared with $865 million, or $3.59 a share, during Q4 2022. The company also announced $42.5 billion in revenue for Q4 2023, a 7% increase from the $39.9 billion in revenue reported for the prior year quarter.
