Moses/Weitzman Health System Acquires Waterbury, Connecticut MOB 

Belfonti Companies LLC announced that it sold a Waterbury, Connecticut medical outpatient building (MOB) for $2.9 million. The buyer was The Moses/Weitzman Health System. The transaction closed on July 31, 2024 and was announced on August 13, 2024.  The MOB consists of 15,520 square feet and is situated on more than 1.6 acres of land, according to property records. It is occupied by the Community Health Center of Waterbury.
