ClareMedica Health Partners, a portfolio company of private equity firm Revelstoke Capital Partners, announced on April 11 that it purchased Plaza Medical Centers for an undisclosed price. McGuireWoods LLP acted as legal counsel to Revelstoke and ClareMedica. Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. acted as financial advisor and Holland & Knight LLP acted as legal counsel to Plaza Medical Centers.
