Elevate ENT Partners, a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity, announced that it acquired Atlantic ENT. The financial terms were not disclosed. Atlantic ENT is an ear, nose and throat (ENT) practice based out of three locations in Florida: DeLand, Orange City and Lake Mary.
