MAX Surgical Specialty Management announced that it acquired Rothman and Kim Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery for an undisclosed price. This transaction was announced alongside MAX closing on a $77 million senior credit facility provided by Freeport Financial Partners, LLC.   Rothman and Kim Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery has one location in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
