Golden State Dermatology (GSD), a portfolio company of growth capital private equity firm, Sorenson Capital, announced a new partnership with the dermatology practice of Emil Tanghetti, MD located in Sacramento, California. The new partnership expands GSD’s network to 28 practices across the San Francisco Bay and California’s Central Valley and Sacramento Valley. The Center for Dermatology and Laser Surgery is a dermatology practice established in 1981 by Emil A. Cornerstone Dental Health was founded in 2010 and serves Quincy, Illinois. Covaney & Covaney DDS has been providing dental care to patients in Newport News, Virginia since 2000. It has one location in Newport News, Virginia. MB2 Dental Solutions partners with dentists and specialists. OneOncology, a network of independent oncologists, announced on December 20 that it purchased five oncology practices.  The New York Cancer & Blood Specialists has a team of 90 physicians across more than 45 locations, with 25 of them joining the OneOncology team. Los Angeles Cancer Network provides oncology services to the Los Angeles MSA and is run by four doctors. Pennsylvania Cancer Specialists & Research Institute has four locations in Pennsylvania. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Reach Fertility is a leader in treating patients with fertility issues. The practice has 12 physicians.  CARE Fertility is one of the world’s largest independent providers of fertility treatments with 28 practices across the UK, Ireland and Spain.
