Zarminali Pediatrics Makes Second Acquisition of 2025
Zarminali Pediatrics announced on September 16 that it entered into an agreement to acquire Sartell Pediatrics. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Sartell Pediatrics is based in Sartell, Minnesota. According to its website, the pediatrics practice has 16 doctors on staff. Zarminali Pediatrics is a pediatrics multispecialty group. It has more than 10 locations across Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin. This transaction represents Zarminali Pediatrics’ second acquisition of 2025. Southern Orthodontic Partners (SOP), a portfolio company of Shore Capital Partners, announced that it added three orthodontic practices to its network: Lowcountry Orthodontics, Gerlein Orthodontics and Smile at the World Orthodontics. Women’s Health Arizona Launches Solara Neonatal
Women’s Health Arizona announced on September 11 that it launched and acquired Solara Neonatal, which will serve as a neonatal division. Solara has seven board-certified neonatologists and 50 neonatal nurse practitioners on staff. The original press release notes that a key innovation within Solara Neonatal is its Virtual Neonatal Support Program (VINES) a post-discharge care initiative that provides provider follow-up visits to families after NICU discharge. To date, more than 2,000 visits have been completed, with 76% of participating parents reporting that the VINES visit prevented an emergency department or urgent care visit.
