On July 25, ENT Partners, a portfolio company of Candescent Partners, announced that it acquired two ear, nose and throat (ENT) practices; Southern Indiana ENT and Indianapolis Sinus Center. Southern Indiana ENT operates out of four locations in Indiana. According to its website, it has two physicians on staff. Panoramic Health announced on July 18 that it entered into an agreement to acquire San Antonio Kidney Disease Center (SAKDC). SAKDC offers free classes on kidney health, diet and disease prevention, facilitated by full-time educators. With a team of 24 physicians on staff, SAKDC operates out of 20 office locations in the San Antonio, Texas MSA, as well as 30 dialysis centers. It is affiliated with 15 hospitals. Tareen Dermatology entered into an agreement to acquire Crutchfield Dermatology. Crutchfield Dermatology operates one location in Eagen, Minnesota. According to its website, it is run by one physician. Tareen Dermatology, based in Roseville, Minnesota, operates five dermatology locations across Minnesota and one in Wisconsin.
