Coming off the heels of an acquisition in Ohio, Phase 1 Equity announced that it is continuing its expansion with the acquisition of a New Jersey practice. Other than its location, nothing else was disclosed about the orthodontic practice. Phase 1 Equity is a doctor-owned, doctor-led private equity firm for orthodontists and pediatric dentists.
