CI Capital Partners’-backed Epiphany Dermatology announced its second transaction of the month with the purchase of Dr. Lee Portnoff, MD, PC’s dermatology practice. The financial terms were not disclosed. Dr. Portnoff operates out of one St. Louis, Missouri location.
