Dental Care Alliance (DCA) announced on November 2 that it has acquired Webster Cosmetic and Family Dentistry of Dover, Delaware for an undisclosed price. The acquisition of Webster Cosmetic and Family Dentistry expands Dental Care Alliance’s footprint in Delaware to two allied practices. 

Owned by Dr. Robert Webster since 2000, Webster Cosmetic and Family Dentistry provides patients in the Dover, Delaware area with personalized dental care. The state-of-the-art modern office offers a wide range of general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry services, including cleanings and exams, dental implants, porcelain veneers, root canal treatment, dentures and partials, teeth whitening, tooth-colored fillings, porcelain crowns and dental emergencies. According to its website, the practice has two providers on staff. 

DCA is a portfolio company of Harvest Partners. Founded in 1991 and headquartered in Sarasota, Florida, DCA is a multi-branded dental support organization with more than 400 affiliated dental offices and 900 dentists across 23 states. DCA’s allied practices represent all dental specialties and treat patients under over 150 brands. 

According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction marks the 438th Physician Medical Groups acquisition of 2023, 143 of them in the dental specialty. This is also DCA’s 11th acquisition of the year.
