RCap Equity Partners, a private equity firm based in Wayne, Pennsylvania, announced that it acquired Emerald Coast Infectious Disease (ECID) for an undisclosed price. ECID is an infectious disease practice with five locations in Florida. According to its website, the practice is run by six physicians. RCap Equity Partners is a middle-market private equity firm that is focused on education, training and human capital businesses.
