On April 9, Privia Health Group, Inc. announced that it entered into an agreement to acquire Integrated Medical Services, Inc. (IMS). IMS is one of the largest independent multi-specialty practices in Arizona. According to its website, there are 75 physicians on staff who operate out of 21 locations.
