On May 21, The Smilist Management announced that it acquired its second practice of 2025 with the purchase of BrookBeam Dental.  BrookBeam Dental is a dental partnership organization supporting 16 offices in New York. According to its website, there are seven physicians.  The Smilist is a leading dental service organization offering general and cosmetic dentistry. Since its founding in 2014, It has grown to support more than 60 dental offices in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut. Novant Health, based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, announced that it entered into an agreement to acquire Spine & Scoliosis Specialists.  Spine & Scoliosis Specialists provides spine care from two locations in the Greensboro, North Carolina MSA. Christie & Co., a leading specialist advisor for buying and selling businesses in Britain, announced that it closed the sale of King Dental & Associates Limited. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.   King Dental & Associates Limited is based in Carnforth, England. It is a five-surgery NHS dental practice with four physicians on staff.  The private buyers are Dr. Adam Kantharia and Dr. Ibrahim Matadar.
