Heartland Dental Announces Its Second Acquisition of 2025
In a LinkedIn post on February 4, Heartland Dental announced that it was partnering with Jacobson Dental Group. The financial terms were not disclosed. Jacobson Dental Group is a dental practice with one location in Walled Lake, Michigan. The practice offers general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and same day dentistry services. According to its website, the practice is run by a team of four providers. Heartland Dental is a dental support organization (DSO) providing non-clinical, administrative support services with more than 2,600 doctors in more than 1,650 locations across 38 states. TriHealth Acquires Seven Hills Women’s Health Centers
TriHealth announced that it entered into an agreement to acquire Seven Hills Women’s Health Centers for an undisclosed price. Seven Hills Women’s Health Centers, also known as Axia Women’s Health, is an obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN) practice with 15 locations across Kentucky and Ohio. On January 27, Epiphany Dermatology announced that it entered into an agreement to acquire Town Square Dermatology. Based in Coralville, Iowa, Town Square Dermatology provides the full spectrum of dermatological services.
