OneOncology Acquires Hematology Oncology Associates of the Treasure Coast
On June 30, OneOncology announced that it acquired Hematology Oncology Associates of the Treasure Coast (HOATC). HOATC is a physician-owned oncology practice with six physicians treating patients at four clinics located throughout the St. Lucie and Martin Counties in Florida. The practice offers patients comprehensive care along the cancer care continuum, including clinical trials. OneOncology is a national network of independent community oncologists who assist partner practices in expanding their cancer care services. Epiphany Dermatology Acquires Norris Dermatology and Laser Northwest
Epiphany Dermatology, backed by private equity group Leonard Green & Partners since 2022, announced on June 25 that it acquired Norris Dermatology and Laser Northwest. Founded in 2002 by Dr. Patricia Norris, Norris Dermatology and Laser Northwest is based out of one location in Portland, Oregon. Through its partnerships with dermatologists in more than 100 locations across 16 states, Epiphany provides general dermatology, skin cancer care, Mohs surgery, cosmetic services and additional dermatologic services. Latticework Capital Management Partners with First Medical Associates
On June 23, Latticework Capital Management, a private equity firm based in Dallas, Texas, announced that it made a strategic investment into First Medical Associates (FMA). The financial terms were not disclosed FMA is a network of primary care and urgent care centers with 11 clinics across Maryland. According to its website, there are 17 physicians on staff who are supported by a team of 21 additional medical professionals. PELTO Health Partners Announces Second Acquisition of 2025
PELTO Health Partners announced that it entered into an agreement to acquire Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists (NOS). The financial terms were not disclosed. NOS is an orthopedic practice with five locations in the Spokane, Washington MSA. According to its website, the practice has 23 physicians and five locations. PELTO Health Partners is a network of physician practices. Some of its practices include OrthoIndy, EmergeOrtho and Proliance Surgeons. King Dental & Associates Limited is a four-provider NHS dental practice in Carnforth, England with five surgeries. The seller was Anne King, and her husband, Derek.
