A portfolio company of Quad-C Management private equity group, Specialized Dental Partners (formerly known as US Endo Partners) is a leading specialty dental service organization that provides comprehensive support services to endodontic specialists across the United States. Allied OMS, a portfolio company of Chicago, Illinois-based private equity group DuneGlass Capital, announced on July 2 that it acquired four oral surgery and maxillofacial practices. Based in South Bend and Elkhart, Indiana, Oral Surgery Michiana is run by a team of two physicians. Heart of Texas Oral Surgery provides implant, extraction and TMJ pain services. On June 30, OneOncology announced that it acquired Hematology Oncology Associates of the Treasure Coast (HOATC). HOATC is a physician-owned oncology practice with six physicians treating patients at four clinics located throughout the St. Lucie and Martin Counties in Florida.
