Ultimate Sports, Inc. has acquired Sannabis S.A.S., a medical marijuana company based in Colombia. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Sannabis is a licensed cannabis company operating in Cali, Colombia. It has a line of cosmetic, medical and industrial products made from cannabis and hemp. The company is licensed to grow, manufacture and export cannabis and cannabis derivatives. Ultimate Sports is a men’s health services provider. Ultimate Sports’ Men’s Advanced RX Online Medical Clinic provides a licensed physician to diagnose and treat male health and wellness issues. MariMed Completes Acquisition of Medical Cannabis Operator Ermont
MariMed, Inc announced that it has acquired the operating assets of Ermont Inc., a vertically integrated medical cannabis operator located in Quincy, Massachusetts. The closing of this transaction is the result of a successful restructuring conducted by Ermont’s court-appointed receiver Opus Consulting Partners LLC. Opus Consulting and MariMed negotiated this transaction with court approval.
