The property is a two-story, 31,000-square-foot Class A MOB located in a high-growth suburb within the Tampa Bay region. Constructed in 2008, the MOB is situated on a BayCare Health System outpatient campus and boasts a strong tenant mix, including Orthopaedic Associates of West Florida, a subsidiary of the Florida Orthopaedic Institute. Montecito Medical Acquires MOB in St. Louis MSA
Montecito Medical Real Estate, a leading buyer of medical outpatient properties nationwide, announced the purchase of a medical outpatient building (MOB) in the St. Louis, Missouri, MSA. The transaction was announced by Montecito Medical on November 8, 2024. The 22,100-square-foot MOB is fully occupied by St. Louis Heart & Vascular, a full-service cardiology and vascular practice. Avid Bioservices, Inc., GHO Capital Partners LLP and Ampersand Capital Partners announced that they have entered into a definitive merger agreement for Avid to be acquired by funds managed by GHO and Ampersand in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $1.1 billion.
