Sendero Capital and TPG Angelo Gordon announced a joint venture to acquire a Wellesley, Massachusetts medical outpatient building (MOB) for $24.3 million. Newmark arranged the transaction. Miami Lakes Medical Outpatient Building Sold to Private Buyer
On June 16, it was announced that a Miami Lakes, Florida medical outpatient building (MOB) was sold to a private buyer. The buyer was Kester Nedd, MD. The MOB is a three-story, 52,122-square-foot facility whose tenants are a variety of healthcare providers. The price is approximately $288 per square foot. The original press release disclosed that there is currently 9,075 square feet of space available for lease in the building.
