Concentra has had a busy start to June. Already, the Addison, Texas-based company has acquired two occupational health providers, and we’re not even halfway through the month. On June 5, Concentra announced its acquisition of Holland Medi Center, an occupational health clinic in Holland, Michigan which will be renamed Concentra Holland Michigan. The addition of the center brings Concentra’s portfolio in Michigan to 19 locations. The next day, Concentra announced its acquisition of One Source Occupational Medicine in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Concentra announced on June 5 the acquisition of Holland Medi Center, an occupational health clinic in Holland, Michigan. The center will now be called Concentra Holland Michigan. According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this represents the 14th occupational health deal of 2023. This also marks Concentra’s fourth deal of 2023. On Site Medical Acquires Tucson-Based 10-4 Medical

On Site Medical announced on April 25 its acquisition of 10-4 Medical, a healthcare provider based in Tucson, Arizona.  During the transition, services for patients will continue without interruption. Patients will also have access to new services, including 24-7, on-site dispatched care, on-site training and education and on-demand telehealth.
