ARCH Medical Solutions, a platform company of middle-market private equity firm The Jordan Company, announced on November 21 its acquisition of Alpha Manufacturing & Design. CDMOs Kindeva Drug Delivery & Meridian Medical Technologies to Merge

Kindeva Drug Delivery, a Woodbury, Minnesota-based medical manufacturer, is merging with Meridian Medical Technologies, a maker of auto-injector pens and similar devices based in St. Louis, Missouri. Kindeva and Meridian will continue to operate independently until closing. The combined company will have a substantial breadth of drug delivery capabilities, with expertise and technology spanning the parenteral, inhalation, transdermal and intradermal routes of administration.
