Genomenon has announced that it entered into an agreement to acquire Clinical Knowledgebase (CKB) from The Jackson Laboratory (JAX). Labcorp to Acquire Bankrupt Genetic Test Maker Invitae for $239 Million
Labcorp announced that it will acquire Invitae Corporation’s assets auctioned through a voluntary bankruptcy protection process. This comes just a few months after the genetic test maker filed for bankruptcy. Labcorp will acquire all of the bankrupt firm’s assets on a going concern basis for $239 million in cash consideration and other non-cash consideration. RadNet, Inc. announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to purchase the assets of six imaging centers in the greater Houston, Texas MSA. This acquisition, which is anticipated to be completed before the end of the second quarter of 2024, is RadNet’s second announced transaction in the Houston area. Intermountain Medical Imaging announced on April 1 that it is acquiring Saltzer Health Imaging from Saltzer Health. Saltzer Health Imaging is an imaging center located in the Ten Mile Clinic and near I-84 in Meridian, Idaho. This news comes the same week Saltzer Health announced the sale of three facilities to Boise, Idaho-based Saint Alphonsus Health System after the group was closed March 29 by Salt Lake City-based Intermountain Health.
