GE Healthcare has acquired Caption Health, Inc. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions. Financial terms of the deal are not being disclosed. GE Healthcare intends to fund this transaction with cash on hand. Caption Health is a privately owned artificial intelligence (AI) healthcare company that creates clinical applications to aid in early disease detection, using AI to assist in conducting ultrasound scans.
