The largest deal of the week by disclosed price is Cofinimmo’s acquisition of a portfolio of six care homes and one post-acute/rehab center in Ireland with 491 beds for $112.9 million. Six of the seven sites are located within the province of Leinster, including five within the Greater Dublin region. The final site of Castlemanor is in the province of Ulster. Five of the properties were built between 1999 and 2002, with another two added in 2007 and 2016. There’s roughly 425,000 square feet across the portfolio.
