Ascend Plastic Surgery Partners Adds Tallahassee Plastic Surgery Clinic to Network

Ascend Plastic Surgery Partners, an Atlanta-based management services organization, announced the addition of Tallahassee Plastic Surgery Clinic to its network of practices. Tallahassee Plastic Surgery Clinic provides aesthetic and reconstructive surgery in Tallahassee, Tennessee. According to its website, the practice has three plastic surgeons on staff. Ascend Plastic Surgery Partners was formed by private equity firm Sheridan Capital Partners in October 2023. The plastic surgery firm has practices in Birmingham, Alabama, Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Greenville, South Carolina, Lindon, Utah and Las Cruces, New Mexico. Physician Growth Partners Advises The Woman’s Group in its Acquisition by Femwell

Physician Growth Partners (PGP) announced that it acted as an advisor to The Woman’s Group in its sale to Femwell Group Health.  The Woman’s Group is a leading OB/GYN practice with four locations Florida: two in Tampa, one in Lutz and one in Riverview. According to its website, the practice has 29 providers on staff.  Femwell Group Health, backed by Los-Angeles, California-based investment firm LightBay Capital, is a leading management services organization providing cost-effective business solutions to physicians. According to data captured in the LevinPro HC database, this transaction represents the 411th Physician Medical Groups transaction of the year, and the fifth in the urology specialty.  Urologic Specialists of Northwest Indiana provides state-of-the-art urological services with a strong emphasis on patient education.
